Scope:-  To complete design of the open & closed body of a small light weight car.

Activities:-  

• Design & Development of the car which is having a nice aesthetics along with required strength & critical to quality requirements.
• Ensuring all the mounting points for the components directly attached to the body, likechassis, all lighting system, dashboard, etc.
• Testing the body through simulation in terms of direct normal loading, bending loads, torsional loads, and combined bending and torsional loads.
• Calculating the air drag coefficient of the car body through simulation.
• Simulation of the designed components, example Aerodynamic simulation in ANSYS Fluent.

Scope:- To design an autonomous vehicle to monitor the airport fencing surveillance using cameras and radars.

Activities:-  

• Understand the scope of work and CTQs (Critical To Qualities).
• Initial idea gathering using free hand sketching.
• Brainstorming session and idea generation.
• Converted the selected ideas using CAD software to initial design.
• Discussion with the client on the basic design for its relevance and further modifications as per the inputs.
• Further fine tuning of the designs to meet the requirements.

Scope:- To complete design of a ladder frame chassis of a small lightweight car.

Activities:-  

• Designing a rectangular ladder frame chassis with the given dimensions, considering space for front and rear bumpers, rear wheels, front wheels along with their turning space.
• Ensuring all the mounting points for the components directly attached to the chassis, like- suspensions, steering, body, etc.
• Testing the chassis by through simulation in terms of direct normal loading, bending loads, torsional loads, and combined bending and torsional loads.
